Took visiting friends on the sunset cruise last night. We all had a fantastic time. Captain Bret was very entertaining and informative. Definitely will do again!! - Mere Taylor

I really enjoyed this experience. I took the sunset trip and there were great views of the sunset all trip long. Lots of great scenery and sites to see. The crew was engaging, friendly, and nice. We had great conversation, and I also felt comfortable sitting back and just enjoying the views. I joked that the trip gave off Louisiana bayou vibes. I booked my trip while at the gardens at Tryon Palace from my iPhone. It was easy to select the experience I wanted, and booking took just a couple minutes. I booked it less than 2 hours before departure.  There are a lot of great options in New Bern and this experience is at the top of the list.  - Kenny Wise

My husband and I took the sunset cruise in late September. The captain (Greg) and his fiancé (Cheryle) were very friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable. The boat was really comfortable. They were available for my husband and I to chat with, but when we wanted to sit in the front and just enjoy the sunset on the water silently, that was okay, too.
